We are in no partnership or affiliation with the brands and manufacturers of the original fragrances and do not sell ANY original fragrances.
Delivery:
At Eurolux Cosmetics, we do our best to ensure that your purchase is couriered/shipped in a timely and secure manner. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not be damaged during delivery. We take no responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit, and any claims for damaged goods must be made directly to the courier/shipping service provider. Return policy:
At Eurolux Cosmetics, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot exchange products or issue refunds. All sales are final. We inspect every product before it is delivered to our clients. In rare occasions where the clients fragrance becomes faulty, it is the clients responsibility to bring this to the attention of the Eurolux team. The client will be required to make sure that the fragrance is delivered back to us within seven days of purchase so that we can inspect what it is that is faulty and if we can fix it. The client is responsible for paying the delivery costs for the product to be delivered back to us. In no circumstance will Eurolux Cosmetics pay for delivery of faulty goods or collect any faulty fragrances from customers. Thank you for understanding.
